MYSTERIA LUNA PROJECTS
Mysteria Luna is the public-facing research platform of author and consciousness researcher Desta Barnabe, founder of It’s All Connected Publishing. Her work focuses on the intersection of UFO phenomena, government experiments, gifted education programs like GATE, altered states of consciousness, and esoteric traditions.
With over a decade of research and publishing experience, Desta is known for her deep dives into topics often considered fringe but increasingly recognized as vital to understanding human potential and reality itself. She has co-authored books with noted UFO researcher Grant Cameron, and her upcoming publications explore the psychological, spiritual, and paranormal dimensions behind classified programs and anomalous contact.
This site serves as a home base for current research projects, including the GATE Program Testimony Survey, interviews with experiencers, and forthcoming publications on psionics, MK-Ultra, ancient wisdom traditions, and simulation theory.

GATE PROGRAM SURVEY
The GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) program was originally designed to identify and nurture children with exceptional intellectual abilities—but growing speculation suggests it may have served a deeper, more secretive purpose. Emerging theories propose that GATE may have been a recruitment filter for government-sponsored psychic research programs, quietly identifying children with latent extrasensory or anomalous cognitive abilities. Parents were often unaware that alongside academic enrichment, their children may have been monitored for traits suited to remote viewing, telepathy, or other experimental mind-based endeavors—echoing broader Cold War-era efforts like Project Stargate.
